Not just another speaker company

So the System Fidelity story is rather a simple one.  A group of people who want specific products, which they couldn’t get from their suppliers, and were confident enough that they can do it better. They put one common goal in front of themselves - to offer  maximum  performance, highest possible build quality and reliability, all that for something which we usually call a “fair price”.

But of course, offering a great or even the best value for money is a statement, heard by almost any manufacturer around. Why should it be any different with System Fidelity?  For System Fidelity that is not really only a statement - it is something we once described as our religion. And even with our first product line up (loudspeaker series 2000), System Fidelity has been true to its vision! Incredibly low in price, but very bold in performance - simply proved even by the first five-stars reviews published in recognized press.

But it wasn’t really only the press who recognized the quality - maybe even more important - the customers, who bought the then no-name speakers, and who were discussing it on those unlimited amount of chat-forums throughout the internet... The praise we could read in those chats was the point when we knew that we were  on the right path.

Since those first days and months, a lot of water has run under the bridge, and many new models have hit the shore of the market. Some of them even truly inventive (like the SF-500XL, a three-in-one speaker of ingenious design and functionality), some of them with practically unprecedented reliability; some of them away from the System Fidelity usual product line-up, like the MP4 players which turned out to be a huge success...

But the products which really turned the wheel were the few extraordinary models, foremost our first integrated amplifier SA-300SE, engineered and designed for many in a pretty unusual manner, and the series 5000, a speaker line-up which was soundwise a breakthrough! Never before such a high level of sound quality could be bought for such a low price - and customer comments after the listening tests came in a form of “it can’t be”, “you gotta be joking”, but it was easily proved later by several reviews in magazines, that we weren’t joking...

And exactly that is the mission and the vision we had with System Fidelity - away from the well walked path, not being just another hifi company.
